Perform aircraft loading and unloading activities, handle export and import cargo, clean aircraft interiors, provide drinking water services, handle baggage on departure and arrival baggage carousels, and perform other assigned activities, ensuring quality work in compliance with customer airline procedures.
Provide direct assistance to passengers with documentation, baggage check-in, assistance with regular and irregular operations, compliance with immigration, customs, and operational security requirements, in accordance with the client airline’s procedures.
Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and regulations established in the security program of the company and the client airline, executing the assigned duties with discipline and responsibility to safeguard the integrity of airport operations.
