Execute aircraft unloading and loading activities, cargo handling, export and import, aircraft interior cleaning, aircraft cleaning services and water, baggage handling at outbound and inbound baggage belts and other activities as assigned, ensuring the quality in the work complying with the procedures of the client airlines.
Provide direct assistance to passengers in the processes of documentation, baggage registration, assistance in regular and irregular operations, compliance with immigration, customs and operational security requirements, in accordance with the client airline's procedures.
Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures and regulations established in the security program of the company and the client airline, executing with discipline and responsibility the assigned functions to safeguard the integrity of airport operations.
